On Wednesday, Kirkham Grammar School’s Head of Sixth Form, Mr Taylor, organised a Life Skills Day to help prepare our Lower Sixth pupils for university and adult life.
During the day, the pupils took part in a variety of sessions delivered by our KGS staff. These included: UCAS forms and personal statements; car maintenance; first aid; cooking, ironing; budgeting and household maintenance.
The day proved to be a very informative and fun experience for them all!
