As a result of her excellent achievements at the Lytham Arts Festival in July, Kirkham Grammar School Second Year pupil, Olivia Coupe was asked to be a guest speaker at the Blackburn Festival. Olivia delivered her Brexit speech, albeit slightly amended since the appointment of Mr Boris Johnson.
